Widerrufsrecht

2.1. Consumers (as defined under Polish law) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
2.2. To exercise this right, the Customer must submit a clear statement of withdrawal (e.g. via email or by using the withdrawal form provided).
2.3. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
2.4. The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
2.5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their dispatch, using the same payment method originally used, unless agreed otherwise.
2.6. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been personalized, custom-made, or altered according to the Customer’s specifications.

Complaints and Warranty

4.1. Goods purchased in the store are covered by the statutory warranty under the Civil Code.
4.2. Complaints regarding defective goods can be submitted in writing or via email to the contact details below.
4.3. The complaint should include: Customer’s contact information, order number, description of the defect, and photographic evidence (if applicable).
4.4. Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
